Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to all countries via airmail with tracking. Please note that we DO NOT ship to North Korea, Mainland China & Russia.

Where will my orders be shipped from?

Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong or directly from our factory in Dongguan, China.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

Yes, we do, we use USPS postal service for such deliveries. Given this is international shipment, depending on your actual location, shipping time may take 14-21 business days.

When will my product be dispatched and sent?

We process all orders within 5 business days. Public holidays may affect shipping times.

Do you take custom request for playmats, deck box or sleeves printing?

We apologise that we do not take any request for customising of any of our products that we sell.

*Delivery for APO, FPO, DPO addresses or remote locations takes roughly 14-21 business days after dispatch.

The above shipping time is just an estimate and not guaranteed. Please note additional time is needed for deliveries to remote locations. Furthermore, customs may take some processing time to clear the package, and cause unavoidable delay. Please also allow extra delivery time during busy periods or holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information once our courier partner has processed your package. Simply click on the tracking number for the tracking result.

What if there are Import Tax, VAT and Duties?

As a general rule, you (the recipient) will be responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which may be levied once the package reaches the country of destination. In such cases, your local customs will contact you directly of the arrangement. The follow is a summary of regional tax arrangement. This list may not be up-to-date, so please check with your local customs office and contact them if you have tax related questions.

Australia

We are not AU GST registered, and the 10% GST is not inclusive in our price. You can spend up to 1000 AUD and not incur any duty on your order.

Canada

You are responsible for all duties and taxes, including but not limited to the 5% GST, import duties, and provincial sales tax.

European Union

All duties and taxes are inclusive in our price, and we handle all customs tax at import.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a free port. You do not need to pay any customs duty or tax on imports (excise duties for tobacco, liquors, etc. apply).

Malaysia

You can spend up to 500 MYR and not incur any duty on your order. VAT is 10% and due on any order above 0 MYR.

Singapore

You can spend up to 400 SGD and not incur any duty on your order. GST is 7% and due on any order above 400 SGD. 

United Kingdom

We are UK VAT registered, and the 20% VAT is inclusive in our price for orders under £135. No Customs Duty are levied for orders under £135.

United States

You can spend up to 800 USD and not incur any duty on your order. You are responsible for all duties and taxes, including regional sales tax. 

 

What can I do if my package is lost during delivery?

Please write to us right away at our contact form if you notice any abnormality with your shipment. We will work with our courier partner to see if the issue can be rectified quickly, and in some instances we may ask you to contact the local delivery company directly.

What if my package was stolen?

We shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the packages are declared “delivered” by the courier service.

I haven’t received my package but the tracking result has been marked “delivered”. What should I do?

You will be responsible to liaise with the local courier company directly to launch investigation.

Please first check your mailbox, your household surroundings and with your neighbours to see if the package is left with them. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If you are unable to locate your package, please write to us to reconfirm the shipment status. If your package has indeed been confirmed as delivered by our courier partner, you will be asked to contact the local courier company for investigation and necessary arrangement.

We shall not be responsible for any stolen or repeated lost items once the packages are declared “delivered” by the courier service, and redelivery will not be arranged in any scenarios once your package has been marked "delivered", unless proven that your package is indeed lost during transit.
